We should remember there are many things we can do to help ourselves and others at this difficult time. Mindfulness related practices can provide useful ways of encountering our experience that connect us to our inner strength, compassion and resilience.These short sessions are designed to provide some basic tips and practices to manage stress and build resilience for all of us affected by recent bush fire crisis. Further information on some community resources and activities will also be available. Here are few tips and reminders.

PROGRAMME
Session 1
9.00am – 10.00am – Gentle yoga and guided relaxations with mindfulness
Light refreshments afterwards.

Session 2
11.00am – 12.00 – Gentle yoga and guided relaxation with mindfulness.
Light refreshments afterwards.

Both sessions conducted by Nick Tabley, psychologist, yoga and mindfulness teacher.

Everyone is welcome to attend!
